Grilled Lamb Chops

Decided for dinner to have some grilled lamb chops, roasted red potatoes, and yellow squash & sweet onion sauteed in butter

Heating up the Keg using RO lump and pear wood


Thick cut lamb chops seasoned and ready to go


Red potatoes sliced and seasoned

This is one of our favorite meals. Mmmm good
