Started off with some thin sliced red and yellow skin taters cooked in butter and garlic then added some heavy cream and cheese I was going for an improvised au gratin on the grill.
Then sauteed some onions and garlic in some butter with some of my own rub and salt and pepper, to get ready for the green beans. You can see the taters covered to cook alitle quicker.
Then the Salmon went on. Silver salmon i cought this fall. I kept it simple with the seasoning: salt, white pepper, onion, garlic and a touch of thyme. As soon as the salmon went on so did the beans kept them on the hot side to give some a good char and still keep them alitle crispy.
I didn't get a pic of the final plate so there's no proof it was ever finished.
Thanks for looking!
I hear ya Bro...kinda like after going to a baby shower or a Mary Kay meeting.
