Mmmmmm that lamb is going to be delicious.

I was up at 5 this morning smoking two 12 pound turkeys, fixing stuffing, and a greenbean casserole. When everything was done, Pam and I loaded up the truck with turkeys(packed in coolers to stay hot), dressing, casserole, cranberry salads, and drippings to make gravy. Dropped off one full dinner for some friends and their neighbors to share. Because of some health reasons they weren't able to cook a big dinner, so Pam and I did it for them.
Then after another hour's drive we got to Pam's brother's house where we cooked more dressing, another casserole, and all the fixin's to have a dinner with her brother Ray and her Mother, Dean, who stays with Ray during the winter.
We just got home and we are tired, but it was a great day.
