    Default Chicken Pad Thai

    Chicken Pad Thai & noodles

    Back in the kitchen.

On the chopping board is a chicken breast and some minced garlic.
The bowl on the left contains a mixture of Nuoc-Mam fish sauce), sweet chili sauce and peanut butter.
The bowl on the right contains a mixture of raw bean sprouts, green onion, coriander and peanuts.
I think that there is no need to indicate which is the egg and which is the lime.
Next time I will not sprinkle the lime juice on before serving.

    Plated :

Hardware : Cold smoker, Weber kettle copy, SFB stick burner, Weber Spirit E-310, Bullet

Sorry you had to have chicken but it looks like you brought it together nicely. Thanks for sharing Cal.
