Still playing catchup - this is from August !

Had 4 pieces of salmon in the freezer so tried two things

I marinated them in a mixture of 3 TBS of Nuoc-mām, dill, chopped onion and enough water to cover. After 6 hours I pulled 2 of them and rubbed with a little sesame oil and covered with a ¼ cup of mixed black and white toasted sesame seeds and grilled on the Weber. The other two marinated overnight and were added to a squid dish that I wanted to do.
