Hi all, just joined this group as I ave been looking for info on building my UDS, just got the drum and am busy cleaning and drilling holes.
A friend and I own +- 50 pigs (with 5 sows currently pregnant soon to be 100 +-), they are pasture raised basically vegetarian pigs and the meet tastes nothing like the stressed leather you buy in the stores, so we are going to be making our own bacon, hams, sausage etc.
Will post pics of the UFS when my camera gets fixed

Skipper. Good luck with your build and sounds like you will have plenty of pork to keep it busy. Post pics when you can, we like pics.
