    Sorry up front but I don't measure for salads much anymore unless doing catering salads.
    This salad base was a fresh mango, seedless cucumber, red onion, scope of last suppers pico de gallo, fresh mint.
    The dressing is Greek yogurt, sour cream, EVOO, fresh lime juice and S&P.

    Nice. We do something very similar except I use cilantro rather than mint.
    BellFab custom offset, Hasty Bake Legacy 131, Ozark Oak Lump and local native hardwoods.
