    Default Snackage

Bacon wrapped tater tots, who woulda thought????
Cut slices of thin cut Farmland bacon in three pieces. Laid all the pieces out on a cookie sheet. Mixed a tablespoon and a half of Cowtown Sweetspot rub with a tablespoon of brown sugar and sprinkled all the bacon with it.
Wrapped a frozen tater tot in each piece of bacon and put them on some expanded metal grilling goodies we got as samples at the KCBS awards banquet. They work great!!!
On the smoker at low temp with hickory for smoke for about an hour.
Most tasty snackage!!! The rub and brown sugar don't overpower, just add a nice touch.
Next time we'll cut into each tot and add a piece of cheese to see how that works, I'm sayin' it'll work. Cheddar, Pepper Jack....
Oh yeah, they work well with "something cool to drink".
    Here ya go -

    Hot off the smoker!

    Close up.
    Thanks for the look!!!
