    Default Easter Plans

    What's everyone's plans for Easter ??

If your traveling for the Holiday, be safe.
If your cooking, tell us what's on the menu.

We're doing a double smoked ham, greenbeans, and lots of snacks.

Hope everyone has a safe and happy Easter friends and family !!

Have a Good Friday Service that we're attending tonight.

Saturday I'm finishing up the charcoal basket for my UDS build, hopefully have time for a burn in to season it on Saturday as well.

Sunday after church, my wife is doing a ham, sorry to disappoint, it is from Costco, pre-cooked, just heating up with all the fixings.
Looking forward to some deviled eggs

Monday I plan on putting a few racks of ribs on the UDS for my first cook on it... will post pictures.

Safe travels everyone! Have a blessed weekend!

Unknown meat as sis is furnishing that, probably ham. Taking a covered dish and relaxing. Several should be in attendance so there will be plenty to eat. A trip to hospital will be in order to see mom if she doesn't get out by then. Pneaumonia (sp) has her feeling poorly. Sis is only about 2 miles form hospital. Hope everyone has a good Easter and stays safe.

Early service at church then over to my nephew's place. Somebody's cookin' a butt. Tater salad, spinach salad, deviled eggs. Lots of folks bringin' who knows what. My contribution will be Gnocchi Mac N Cheese.

    Happy Easter to all!
