    Default Hi from Cleburne, TX

Hey folks. My name's Justin. For the most part I'm pretty new to smoking. I've got a Brinkman water smoker that I've made passable brisket and ribs on it but I'm not happy with that setup. Never really have been. So I decided to make a UDS. While doing a little bit of Googling for that I came across this site and here I am.

Justin. You're in the right place if you're new to the art of smokin' meat. Lots of stuff-knowers here who are friendly and willing to help guide you along.

And drums are kind of our specialty here, so if you need help ask away. Bring it on bro!
