    Randy. Sounds like you're a good fit for this community. Can't go wrong with a UDS. A lot of us here use them. Good luck with your search for the ideal smoker and show us some chow soon!!

    Welcome! I'm at 81st and Harvard! I run a BellFab also and so does my buddy. True stick burners, HEAVY steel. Also have a Hasty Bake. Ole Tim over at USBBQSUPPLY was a great help in getting me started. His products have always been tasty and reliable. Keep in touch!

    Welcome Randy! If you're looking for efficiency and already manufactured i would suggest Backwoods or Stumps. Of course everyone is suggesting a UDS and I am too for smaller personal cooking that is very efficient.

    I'm fairly new myself and I'm sure you will find this group most helpful and encouraging.
    I would suggest building a UDS. Cheap, effective, fuel efficient, and all around a breeze to use.
