Hello from Wichita Falls
Hey everyone, new here. Wanted to "C'mon In & Sit Down" and introduce myself. I recently came across this community while researching and trying to decide what smoker I wanted to get. After reading several hundred threads on here, I decided if I liked reading them so much, that I may as well join ya and jump in a few conversations myself.
Anyways, feel free to hit me up !
I won't say that I make the best BBQ, but you will

So what pit did you get??

Well, I really wanted the Yoder Wichita. I have the money to pop on it, but it is just so hard to click that order button. So I did some research and decided that instead of going on the expensive side, to go on the cheaper side. I am building a Big Poppa UDS. I am getting the BBQ Guru for it just because originally I was going to spend over $2500 for a pit delivered, so why not spend less that $600 and get a sweet pit that will hold true temps easily, is easier to move around, and is something that I made.
I will be sure to send some pics as soon as I get her seasoned up! Hope within a week I will be able to pull a few racks of ribs off of it!
