    Default Peanut-butter sauce

    I got this recipe from someone living is South Africa who used the pseudo "Africanmeat" on a now defunct forum.
    The first time I saw it, I found the ingredient list something else and just had to try it.

    I have made this several times in the past, most recently as a dipping sauce for Spring rolls (if there is any left, I usually end up finishing it with a spoon). It is out of this world. you have to try it.

    Africanmeat's peanut-butter sauce

    3 tbsp peanut butter
    1/2 tbsp fish sauce (nuoc-mām)
    1 tsp red curry paste
    15cl (about 5 fl oz) tin coconut milk (I do not know how thick the coconut milk is in the U.S. - you may have to adjust this)

    Combine on medium heat.

    This can be used as a dipping sauce or a basting sauce for grilled chicken.

    Like I said, it is out of this world !
