    Back home today. Tired, sore, but otherwise good. Pain sucks but I have some pills to keep it tolerable. Good to be here.

    Glad your on the mend. So, can you run as fast as Lee Majors did in the 70's?

    Thank you sir. Yeah, the last thing I want to do is lay around like a helpless pu$$y. I'm trying to do as much as I can for my self without hurting myself. Like yesterday I managed my first shower by myself. Mrs. Shoots only had to change my bandage. And I'm doing my PT exercise without help.


    I'm getting around with a walker which requires both hands so it's kinda tough to carry things like food and drink. So my lady has to serve it to me.


    I just gotta remind myself not to overdo it.
