    Default Hello from Townville S.C.

Hello every one. My name is Louis. I have been smoking all my life (61). My father had a BBQ place in Texas. I am retired now, so I have time to play. I have built my smokers and a new sausage box. Here are some pic of my toys. Will be checking your forum for advice and ideas.

    and

That "sausage box" give me a super idea for a spring project.
I imagine that you use it for cold smoking sausage, right ?

Can you give me some details of the construction (I can see that it is wood and imagine that it is maybe glued together).
What dimensions did you build it to ?

I have a thousand questions but spring is not here yet.
