Ok i think i got it figured uot how is this size wise, or do I need to shrink it down some more. Thanks for all the help so far guys.

Size looks good to me. (maybe a little itty, bitty to large on the second photo).

I use 640 X 480 and nobody has complained.

I'm so glad you posted this. Some how I got it in my numb skull that the max size was 640 on the longest side and have been downsizing to that. One other thing is there a size limit as in 100k and smaller?
