Crappy camera phone pic..........this is the main cabinet, all my BBQ stuff is in a different one, but it is a hell of a mess with rubber gloves, jars & bags of rubs, temp probes, you name it............not even pic worthy.....not that this really was either.

That's a non used spice cabinet if I ever saw one! Way too neat, and it's not overflowing.

I see Crystal pure hot sauce and Accent MSG. Anything else in there that I might have in mine?

The labels and organization is my wifes work. LOL Mine is the rats nest that I mentioned.

Anyhow, all the standard stuff is there from Kosher salt to granulated garlic........I'll see if I can hit my wife up for a typed inventory. LOL

OK, don't laugh. (I envy your organization, FBJ.)

General spices are in the our pantry cabinet. I plan on making a rack or something for those bottles. It's a bear to always dig for that final spice, especially since it's always in the back or has fallen over.

My rubs and some small grilling stuff are in the small cabinet over the stove. Rubs on one side. Salsas, sauces, and small stuff on the other.

Not much, one cabinet shelf full plus a few that stay at the ready on the counter.

    Want a Caventer's recipe?

I use so much that I've had to learn to make it.

You can also buy Mexican 'Adobo Seasoning'.

We didn't have enough room in the spice cabinet with all the baking and other cooking stuff, but here is my makeshift rack for cooking outside:

Note: The old bay is there because my wife uses it for crab cakes. There is NO WAY that I would use this stuff with my seafood! I have to stick with the old Zat!

I just eyeball it. You can add and compare by appearance side by side with the real thing.

If you even get close, you won't be able to tell the difference.
