If it wasn't illegal I'd send you some TX Granex seed. That is the sweet slicing burger onion that is grown in Vidalia, GA area that has become rather famous. Anyone in the right zoning climate wise can grow them but can't call them the trade marked name, Vidalia. The trick to grow sweet onions is to have a low sulfur soil. It's the sulfur that makes them bite and maybe make good storage onions.
