    lol yeah im new to bbq but i am a cook by trade...so i have a good grasp on the "what to do" now im practicing the "how to do it part" not getting perfect results just yet but i have only been bbqin for 1 1/2 months

    thanks ...i need smaller black steel intake nipples... so they dont trip me...and i was thinking of putting a diffuser in it... i also found an old bottle opener im gunna install on the UDS



    my next UDS will definitely have improvements but im glad im on the right track
