    Default smoker results so far

I believe i got my smoker figured out .I can get a good stall point for the meats i cook. The magic number is 220 degree on 2 sticks of hickory ,with the vent's 1/2 way open on the fire box.
My cook temp is 260 degree solid time for a few hr's.

Q - REAPER BBQ !! Is all good to go.All seasoned out .And more to come .

Iv'e Smoked and Cooked on it everyday since i've had it .

Im impressed with the way it hold's temp's real well .

Zone 1 near the fire box is the hot spot @ 260 degree .
Zone 2 at the other end is 255 degree.

The char grill on the back hold's good temp to all the way up to 550 degree if needed for searing brisket in direct flame ,with door propped up ,3 stick's of hickory .

It's almost like a blast furnace in the char grill.
LOve to grill and eat .
