    Its rainy here .i might do a first smoke on it to day
    I had 4 sticks of hickory in the smoker all night .Held temp @ 200 all night on 4 sticks of hickory .Lit it yesterday @ 12 noon ran from then till present time .

    I did run it up to 400 degree to season though .All glazed up in the drum and all .used vegy oil ,whole gallon .Looks like it was powder coated with a glaze .its baked on the inside walls and racks .

    This smoker is a beast to keep good heat for long periods .Not a wood hog .

    this is in the char grill temp 425
    chamber tube gets up to 400 degree on 4 pieces of wood.Stays there for a few hrs .Woke up this am and it was 190 degree in the chamber .Raining and all here to.
