I thought y'all were just going down to pick him up. I didn't realize he is in the hospital. Prayers and thoughts that he recovers quickly

Ok! We're home. Left Atlanta yesterday at 0430, arrived home at 5:15. Only had one A$$hole trucker try to kill us on I70. Ran me off into the median. Reported him to MO Highway Patrol. Cellphones have their uses.
Michael is better, has referrals for 5 doctors at University of Kansas Medical Center. It's going to take a while. He only weighs 120 lbs.
    Again - THANKS to all!!!

Glad he's better Mike. Let us know if you need anything. Feed him some killer Peculiar eats and let the doctors do their thing ... He'll be up to par before you know it

Prayers answered! But we won't stop! Fix him up with some good chow! (and show it to us!)

Michael is back in Ft. Lauderdale and back to work. He gained back the lost weight and is doing well. Jane and I also gained weight, we ate good while he was here .
He had retinitis in his right eye. Saw an eye specialist who gave him a drug for the retinitis. A VERY rare side effect is it stops your bone marrow from making red blood cells, and it did. That is why his blood count was so low, had he not got to the hospital when he did it would have killed him shortly.
Anyhow, he's pretty well recovered and doing well.
Thanks for the prayers and thoughts

They went to another drug that has helped but not entirely corrected the problem. He still has some vision problem in his right eye.
