    Default Lamb Chops Sizzlin'

    Decided to fix lamb shoulder chops, smoke roasted taters, and some yellow squash & onions sauteed in spices and butter for dinner

    Onion, red taters, and squash. Now where the heck is the squash?


    The chops


    Taters diced and coated with olive oil and spices


    Taters into the Keg. Cooking @ 400 with RO & pecan


    Kicked up the temp to 550 when I put the chops on. Almost done


    Chop served with smoke roasted taters, yellow squash & onion.
