Quick & easy III
I'm on a roll. She picked up a couple of lamb chops so... the plancha was clean so I just had to dirty it again.
3 with Herbes de Provence (for me) and three with just ECOO (for her).

Plated with some beans and a cucumber/onion salad and washed down with a little Rosé:
