    Default Smoked Blackberry Crisp

    Berries rinsed and sprinkled with sugar


    Crisp cut and ready


    Pan lined with crisp


    Berries poured on


    Top covered with rest of crisp mix


    Into the Keg cooking indirect @ 350 with pecan chunks


    Hot and bubbly out of the Keg


    Crisp served with vanilla ice cream

    It's been ages since I've had crisp. Hot n fresh cooked with ice cream ... that had to hit a deep comfort spot. Most excellent Jim!

    No chickens were harmed in this statement. But it doesn't mean I didn't want to.
