    Default Drums will be finished

    this week!! Will post pics of the finished product and will smoke my first butt this weekend. Will post pics of that as well, good bad or indifferent. I would like to thank all of you for your guidance and hope to be a member in good standing of "THE DRUM CORP"!!!!!

    Yes sir those look good from here. Now build. A test fire in em and get familiar with controlling the temperature while you season the drum inside with a good coat of cooking oil. Great job!

    No chickens were harmed in this statement. But it doesn't mean I didn't want to.

    Nice Jack! You will enjoy hangin' out doin' the seasoning burn, and gettin' to know how they run. Take your time, play with the intakes and note how temps respond. When it comes time for an actual cooking session, you'll be glad you did.
