    Default Jim's Pepper-Spice Grilling Mix

This works well for almost everything when grilling. There is no salt, so you can add as much as you like on the type of meat you are grilling.

    Jim's Pepper-Spice Grilling Mix

    6 Tbs black pepper--course ground
    2 2/3 Tbs cayenne pepper - ground
1 1/3 Tbs chipotle chile pepper powder
    3 tsp white pepper
    3 tsp chili powder
    1/4 cup Garlic powder
    2 Tbs onion powder
    2 tsp all-spice

    1. mix well
    Jim

bet this would be good in fish batter or as a Blackening seasoning or even in seasoned flour for fried chicken and CFS

Sounds good Jim. I'll print this off to mix up when I'm able. Thanks for posting it!

No chickens were harmed in this statement. But it doesn't mean I didn't want to.
