    Default Jim's spicy chicken and seafood mix

    JIM'S SPICY CHICKEN AND SEAFOOD MIX

    1/2cup salt..sea or Kosher salt
    2 Tbsp black pepper, fresh ground
    1 Tbsp ground red pepper (cayenne pepper)
    1 Tbsp white peppercorns, ground
    1 Tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp powdered thyme
    1 tsp Allspice, ground
    1 tsp sweet basil--ground
    1 tsp dill--ground--opt for fish

    1. mix well

    Would that be Kosher Sea Pickle or Iodized??

    I usually use sea salt or Kosher salt

    That is what I thought but you never can tell. A cup of table salt is like Dead Sea or Sultan Sea salty.

    Nice recipe Jim. The dill has me wanting to try it out. Probably will go on seafood before chicken. Printing this one too.

    No chickens were harmed in this statement. But it doesn't mean I didn't want to.

    basil and dill.... i can see that.....

    not crazy about dill on poultry myself, I might sub tarragon.
