    Default New Members Building Drums

We've had quite a few new members and some older members building new drums lately. So, how about you fellas post up some pics of your builds. We all love seeing pics of cooks and builds. A good place to post them would be here or in this thread...

    Default My first UDS

Thanks to all the folks at Q Joint. I built my first UDS and it worked great. Still need some fancy decoration. The smoked pork lion is excellent. Thanks again for all your helpful posts.

Looks like an awesome turn out on both sides. Don't feel pressured to fancy your drum up unless you just want to. Remember the U stands for Ugly. She cooks .. success! Don't run off on us though .. keep posting and let's have some fun.

    Default UDS Update

Got a couple of Fathers Day decorations for my UDS from my sons. A Marine and a Citadel cadet.

Inspired me to do smoke chicken thighs. Turned out great. Just a basic dry rub and a lot of smoke.
