    Default Chuck Eye Steak and Lobster

    Chuck eye steak seasoned with Tatonka Dust and topped with blue cheese crumbles, lobster seasoned with Seafood Splash and garlic and herb potatoes seasoned with Big Poppa's Desert Gold seasoning. Cold smoked the steaks with oak for an hour, lobster and potatoes were grilled and then a quick sear of the steaks... this meal was delicious!

    You're bringin a tear to my eye Mossy .. beautiful surf n turf. I need to give my next steak a nice cold smoke before searing. Thanks for sharing!
