    Default Smoked Stuffed Peppers

Weather is better, bit warmer. Windy sonagun though.
Anyhow, I HAD to smoke something!!!
Had some nice big red bell peppers. Made up some stuffing and loaded them up.
On the drum for an hour at 320. Topped with shredded cheddar.
They ate most fine!!! (There were 4, two disappeared)
    So, here ya go -

Looks delicious Mike. Haven't had a stuffed pepper in ages.

I bet that butt bandit went rogue and stole your other 2 stuffed peppers hahaha

    Looks great!

No chickens were harmed in this statement. But it doesn't mean I didn't want to.
