Just a home made Spanish rice stuffed, smoked Bell Pepper.
Smoked for 2 hours with Cherry, Apple and a very little Oak.
Temperatures Min : 237°F, Maxi : 295°F, Ave : 270°F

10 minutes before the end, I added a couple of slices of cheese.
Plated with a little cream on it :
