    Default Spanish rice stuffed Bell Peppers

    Just a home made Spanish rice stuffed, smoked Bell Pepper.

    Smoked for 2 hours with Cherry, Apple and a very little Oak.

    Temperatures Min : 237F, Maxi : 295F, Ave : 270F

    Stuffed :


    Could not resist adding a slice of bacon :


    10 minutes before the end, I added a couple of slices of cheese.
    Plated with a little cream on it :
