    Default hello everyone

    I haven't been able to work on the smoker for some time because I haven't been able to work on it for a while, so this is what I was able to work on it yesterday at work an here they are. I have to redo the air holes if anyone see's anything wrong please let me know

    Only think I see wrong is no smoke and missing pork shoulder.

    Looking good in the pics Big Daddy. Just keep pluggin away and she'll be done before h ou know it. Have you thought of a name for her yet?

    had to go out of town for work, but here are the pic's I said I would have; I have it done except for the expanded metal for the wood to placed on the smoker. here is the photos and it is painted also. I did the seasoning, and it hit 350 in 45min's , then I got the temp down to 270 and it stayed there for 4 hours; I am cooking on it this Monday at work, an I will take photo's an post them. the cooking chamber is stainless steel, but I painted it so no one would take it out of my yard.

    I posted the new photos of my smoker, I went to where I posted on 2/27/2014 sorry I just got home from a 25.5 hour shift straight but here are a few more photos. this Monday I will be smokin' some chicken, tenderloin, an wild hog ham, and wild hog tenderloin; I will post those photo's the smoker hold's temps really good.
