Default ABTs - Beans - Biscuits

Haven't made this in a long while. It's a sweet-heat pork & bean chili casserole.

Browning 1 1/2 lbs of ground chuck and 1/2 lb of ground pork seasoned with sea salt & grilling spice mix

Sweating onion, green pepper, jalapeņo pepper, and garlic in unsalted butter

    Bacon for crumbling

Mix browned meat, beans, onions, peppers, garlic, crumpled bacon, molasses, rib rub, and brown sugar into large crock pot and let it slow cook for a few hours.

ABT's fresh out of the UDS

Cheddar biscuits fresh from the oven

Bowl of beans, ABT's, & Biscuits....Ready to eat

    Mmmmm good.

    Thanks for lookin'

    Uterly fantastic !!!!

I imagine that you put the beans in at the same time as

"Mix browned meat, onions, peppers, garlic, crumpled bacon, molasses, rib rub, and brown sugar into large crock pot and let it slow cook for a few hours."

Did you use canned beans ?

Yes beans went in at the same time as everything else.

Yes, canned pork & beans. Use your favorite brand.
