Default hello im sorry i havent been able to show anything new, till now

my job has been doing a lot of dryers sense last time I was working on my smoker, I have been able to work on it today for about 1 hour after work; cause I had to stay over to work on a water shield for a oil dryer. so here is what I got done today. building the smoker is different from building a oil, and coal dryer; it takes time more then what I thought it would take, I cant wait till it is done and I can cook on it; an I sure will show the pic's when I am smoking on it. I told the guys at work I will use it first for them at work.

No chickens were harmed in this statement. But it doesn't mean I didn't want to.

    Default hi

well i just got the tub to put the cooking grates together; an put the smoke stack in. then finish welding it up then the first burn, then sand blast it an paint it. i say it should be done Friday March 21, 2014. it is hard with just 30 min's a day to really work on it. i told my wife i wanted to cut out a pig, an a chicken; an put them on the smoker with it saying, smokin' an under that the pig an the chicken. she told me no, but you know i just might do it anyway. lol
