    Sometimes you have to be careful using what works in comps, as they only get one bite. There are some competition sauces (and rubs) that 3 or 4 bites becomes just too much, and I like my guests to enjoy way more bites than that


    Also, Sweet Baby Ray's being 5th on the list invalidates the whole list in my mind, that stuff is just plain gross (high fructose corn syrup #1 ingredient).
