    Default peppers

I like to dry chilipetin (birds eye to some folks) then grind them in a blender put in a pepper shaker.

then apply as desired. caution at this point a lil goes a long way

Cal, I noticed some on your sites, based on jolokia; "ghost prpper." Some bad hot chit right there!

i like it hot....but not over the top, but i also like some flavors to be in the sauce.....i an intrigued by these ghost peppers, are they like bonnets?? I think bonnets have a sweet quality to them when mixed right.

once in a while though, i am that guy that grills a whole jalapeno and bites into one as a tester, to find it too hot and spend the next 5 minutes at the sink rinsing my mouth, then go right back in for the other half...not sure why...

I like hot with flavor myself. The ghost pepper sauces are mostly there to really tick off your tongue and gut
