    Default Hot Sauces??

I am out....i typically have 3-5 different brands of varying heat, i am down to my last few dashes of Chipotle Cholula,

some of my other favs have been Gator Hammock's - Gator Sauce, Tapatio, El Yucateco’s - Red Habanero and Kutbil-Ik (it'll light ya up) and others, but i never know what i am going to get myself into.

i tend to like the mid flame more than the really hot ones, but the tame ones i seem to use too fast and really don't like them to much...too sweet to be a hot sauce...i'm not real keen on tabasco or red hot as they tend to remind me of spicy vinegar,

    any suggestions,

there's a store nearby that has just about every thing possible, so i can likely pick up a bottle locally

    thanx

I'm a pretty dedicated pepper head as some may attest to, but I don't really have a go to favorite. I bounce from one brand / pepper style to another. I do like the cholula sauce though as an easy eating sauce.

Home made sauces usually satisfy best once you find what you like.

Chipotle is my fave lately. Cholula, Tabasco or most any brand Chipotle.

i found another i like.....i went to local store that seem to have every hot sauce ever made I bought three more bottles, random choices.

the one i like the most is Melinda's XXXtra hot sauce, the bottle is almost empty,

    https://www.google.com/#q=Melinda's+XXXtra+hot+sauce

the other is Yucatan Sunshine, (Riley's foods) the bottle is half gone https://www.google.com/#q=yucatan+su...habanero+sauce

but it isn't as good , but better than tabasco which i think taste like vinegary peppers...

the other was also a Riley's product - Cajun Sunshine, this bottle is still mostly full https://www.google.com/#q=Cajun+Sunshine+

i do not recommend it, it isn't fun and sexy, just a plain hot sauce, like franks red hot or tabasco ..

Shipping may be too much to the U.S. but these 2 English sites may give you some ideas :

    http://www.chilliworld.com/index.asp

    http://www.scorchio.co.uk/

I like to take a look around on them from time to time.
