    Default Horizon 16" Classic

    Finally got it!!!

    Cleaned it out ordered a Convection plate and charcoal basket. I reseasoned it.

    Well I had a chance to try it out yesterday. I smoked some chicken, hotlinks and pig candy. It was easy to control, and with the convection plate, I noticed the smoke was rising up all the way through it.

    I may go ahead and add a pit master IQ120 anyway.
