    Default Fresh Big Eye

Surf and surf tonight, and it sure was good.
Awesome tuna steak in evoo, pepper, and a little soy sauce.
    Bacon wrapped scallops.
Garlic herb potatoes and white asparagus.
    And some ciabatta bread.
    Epic meal for sure.

While everything looks really, really good, it seems like a shame to apply heat to that fine piece of fish flesh.

I kind of agree with you Tim. I cooked it for less than a minute per side and felt I overdid it. It was freaking awesome though. I do have a plan for my next tuna cook.stay tuned I'll save my pennies and do this again one day.
