Red mole chili sauce w/Habenero
Habanero Red Mole Chile Sauce
This one is hot.
I just replaced the Thai chillies with
60 g fresh Habanero chilies (40 g cleaned)
The rest of the recipe was the same.
(3 cups hot water, 1/4 cup tomato paste, 1 clove garlic minced, 1/4 cup salad oil, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp oregano, 1/4-1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp sugar
Refrigerate up to one week or freeze to keep fresh longer.

I haven't played with any Habanero peppers .Sounds like it might be a little too hot for me but it sure looks good!
