Default Think the pepper was a bit too much?

    Nope, titled for more exposure.
Daddy Hinkled Prime strips, Colorado corn grilled with butter and Old Bay, and some asparagus grilled with evoo, salt, and balsamic vinegar. Overcooked to a medium rare. Plus a fine Sterling 2010 vintage Cab. Damn good meal.
Chasing it with a Famous Grouse scotch and a H/C maduro cigar.
    Hell yes!!!
    First the veggies up high.

Overcooked everything, but still nothing was left. How does that happen?

    Darn good meal!!

    Looks delicious.

Those type of cookers tend to cook food faster. I know the learning curve takes some practice, especially when using both level grates. I cook on a Bubba Keg which is a similar type of cooker.

Have you done any of the mods to it yet ? Like sealing around the vents.
