Default **Pellet Pro Stacker Ring for Weber Smokey Mountain**

Yeah, you heard that right! A pellet pooping 22" WSM???

A 36000BTU Digitally controlled Pellet hopper assembly with bolt on brackets and a specially designed Stacker ring for the 22" WSM.

The Stacker ring is made by Cajun Bandit and the Pellet Pro hopper is from the makers Smoke Daddy cold smoke generators..

    http://www.pelletprogrill.com/stacker.html

This was super easy to assemble, instructions well written and easy to operate. The leg on the hopper makes it rock steady and it goes from charcoal to pellets in a flash-no drilling or modification to the cooker besides removing a grate bolt and applying a pit probe grommet.

    Stay hungry!

Sounds interesting, but I would like to hear more about it as it gets used before I buy one. It's cool .. thanks for bringing it out. Looking forward to hearing more about it.

I can relate to that. I was somewhat skeptical, when Chris sent me a pic of one that someone had modified a bullet using his Stacker, he went to work redesigning the ring so it actually fit the WSM. He claims he likes it better than his FEC100.
After I assembled it I did a couple short cooks to run it through the paces, one with some fresh sausages at the low 180* with the Smoke feature, then another with some Chicken wings at 350* and everything worked fine.

That's awesome! I'm looking forward to seeing some of the cooks and seeing how it handles the various temps, especially in the colder months.

Again thanks for sharing this with us all. I know I'll be watching for more.

    Default Sausages smoked at 180*

Used the Smoke feature and pounded some fresh sausages.

    Default Smoke grilled Wing centers

Pushed the controller to 350* and smoke grilled some brined Chicken wings. Seasoned with Okie Dust!

That's pretty cool Brian. If I ever decide to go pellet poopin', I might just go for that UDS conversion. $350 shipping included is way cheaper than buying a whole new pellet grill.
