Default Smoky Okie and Company roll into Chi Town

Well, the Smoky Okie's Q Wagon is packed, hitched and ready to roll to Westmont, Illinois (Chicago) in the morning. There is a big BBQ competition with all the toughest teams going to be there. This one will be another big challenge, but it will help us hone our skills and hopefully win a little 4 in the process.

There will also be another new episode of BBQ Pitmasters television show being shot there.

If any of you noticed my absence the last few days here, getting ready for a contest on such short notice is quite demanding.

Wish us luck. We have a full plate ahead of us!
