    Default Pig Pickin'

I've been asked to cook a pig for a pig pickin'. What would you guys charge to cook a 100lb pig on-site? No sides, just the pig...which the customer will provide. I know it comes down to what I think my time is worth, plus cost of fuel, charcoal, sauces...just looking for a rough guide on what you guys would charge.

2.50 -3.00 lb sounds fair to me since he is providing the hog if not triple it

    Default pig pickin

I charge $500 for a 100 pound pig, with the pig. that part is about 130 bucks... so $370 for cooking and stuff.. if they were providing the meat, i'd do it for $300. the time and hassle of getting the pig is worth the discount IMHO..
