    I did find Joe and met up with him at the comp. Nice guy.

    3. To Que a Mockingbird
    4 Smokin' Hoggz BBQ
    5. ZBQ


    Walked around the competition section of the event. Lot of nice folks that were more than happy to show their smokers, and stories of their Que's. New England is a tough place for smokers, not a lot of availability for meat, pork, wood, charcoal even. Lots of good tips.

    Lots of Weber Smokey mountains, and a couple teams competing with just UDS. Interesting that the UDS teams all had baffles in their barrels to help keep food from drying out. But that is a conversation for the UDS forum.
