    Default Lamb T-Bones for Dinner

    Picked up some thick cut ( 1 3/4" ) lamb T-bone chops


    Keg heating up on it's way to 650


    Chops going into the Keg


    Lookin' good..Sizzlin' away


    Standing on end to finish cooking


    Plated with a tater & cheese casserole and maters, okra, and onion

    I only have two comments

    1) You keep your grates cleaner than anyone I have ever known

    Those look mighty tasty indeed. Standing on end to finnish cooking is an interesting way of going sorta indirect. I like it! Can't do that with skinny lil buggers we get here, may have to talk to my meat cutter!
