    Default Easter Shoots

I'm putting this one in the Beef Forum, but lamb is also invovled per Mrs. Shoots wishes. Here's what was on our Easter Menu.

No bunnies, baskets, chocolates, or jelly beans. The only colored eggs were the brown ones we had for brunch.

    Anyway, here's the beef:

    USDA Prime Rib Eye!

    And the lamb:

    Mrs. Shoots' plate of lamb.

    And my steak plate:

Rib Eye, green beans sauteed in EVOO and garlic, and potato pancakes left over from brunch. Who says ya gotta have baked taters?

    Mmmmm,mmmm!!!

Thanks for lookin' and I hope y'all had a Happy Easter!!
