    Default Grilled Flounder and Shrimp

It's been a while ( 2 weeks ) since I've cooked any real meals. Pam was feeling better so I decided to cook a light meal.

Flounder fillet seasoned and ready for the Keg

Fillet and shrimp sizzling away on the Keg

Fillet served on a bed of Mexican rice (made mango-peach salsa instead of reg salsa) topped with warm salsa, a grilled shrimp heart, and some dippin' sauce made from pureed mango-peach salsa with some ground chipotle pepper added for a little kick.

    Mmmmm good !!!

    Thanks for lookin'.
    Jim

Most excellent Jim! I bet Pam really enjoyed it too. Glad she's feeling better and you got to cook some excellent food. Thanks for sharing with us.

That looks fantastic Jim! If I may ask, what did you season the Flounder with? Never really had Flounder that I can remember but that just plain old looks great! I have some Red Snapper fillets and some Ocean Pearch fillets in the freezer. NO Idea on how to cook them but they looked good at the store this morning!
